Ways to Help

Production Support Crew

Assist the production team with simple non-technical tasks — artist movement, stage-area access, equipment runners, set-change assistance, and keeping backstage pathways clear.

JazzFest Storytellers

Capture the spirit of JazzFest! Interview festival goers, musicians, vendors, and community members and help collect the stories that make Selby Ave JazzFest special.

The Survey Squad

Roam the fest with a QR code or tablet to collect quick digital feedback from fans. This info is vital for securing the grants that keep JazzFest free!

The Bucket Brigade

High-energy volunteers walk the crowd during set breaks. Your mission: collect the community donations that keep the music playing.

Village Marketplace Crew

Support our local makers and artisans by helping with booth coordination and keeping the "Village" shopping experience smooth.

The Green Team

Help us maintain a "Leave No Trace" event — managing waste and recycling stations to keep the Selby-Milton corridor beautiful.

Family Fun Zone Helpers

Be the heartbeat of our youngest festival-goers' experience, creating a safe, joyful space where they can play and explore.

The Roadies

The "muscle" of the fest. Help transform the street into a festival grounds in the morning or pack it all away once the music ends.

Artist Hospitality

Help our musicians feel that Rondo love! Assist with artist check-in, stage water, and keeping the hospitality area stocked.

Street Ambassadors

Help with wayfinding and safety. Point folks toward the stage or food court and help manage our festival boundaries.

Hydration Heroes

Keep the crew going! Ensure all volunteers and staff have access to cold water and ice throughout the day.

Social Media Squad

Bring JazzFest to life online! Capture the energy, people, performances, and behind-the-scenes moments that make Selby Ave JazzFest special.
